Patsy Hailey - Office Manager and Financial Coordinator

Patsy is the office administrator and also manages the financial books. Patsy, a lovely and caring lady, brings a breath of fresh air to our office.  Patsy attended formerly known as Texas A&I at Kingsville and Howard Payne University.  She has a background in real estate and insurance. She has served as Director of Special Projects, Director of the Student Foundation, and as a Financial Development Officer at Howard Payne University.   Patsy and her husband have long been active in church, civic and charitable activities.  She is a Bible Study teacher and a public speaker. She and her husband have three sons and four grandchildren.
